Catching Some Air - Aviation Photography

It's not often that I have extra time these days, but every once in a while a few minutes pop up. Now, pair that with the right location and photographic fun ensues. Take these for example. I had some time to burn on a recent trip to Alaska waiting for a late-night return flight out of Anchorage where there is a publicly accessible area just past the end of the runway - similar to Gravely Point at DCA. Brad Kehr specializes in landscapes and does weddings, portraits, and events. He enjoys exploring life and sharing what he finds through the lens. BKP: The Year in Review - Pictures of 2012

Here we are - the last day of 2012. Praise God for His mercy and grace. This year at BKP has been one full of new adventures, opportunities, and, most importantly, new friends. Here at BKP, we have seen weddings and zoos and friends getting engaged and little sisters getting married. We've seen a hurricane and a model shoot. Families and spiderwebs. It has been a time of personal and artistic growth. A year of trials that force us forward and joys that draw us forward. It has been a time of loss, but, even more so, a time great gain. For now, as I look back on what has occurred in 2012, I greatly rejoice and take hope in what the Lord has in store for 2013 - for the family, friends, and my dearest with whom I will get to share it.
